A Lubbock teenager must stand trial for murder in connection the death of a man found fatally shot in his car last December. Two other young men also are accused in the case. Seventeen-year-old Zeven Sanders was indicted by a grand jury yesterday. He had originally been held on an attempted murder charge. Sanders was16 at the time of the shooting of Brian Brinson. He has now been certified to stand trial as an adult. The victim was found dead in his car on December 19th near 24th Place and Avenue L. Also charged in the killing are 18-year-old Devante Jones and 22-year-old Arenn Davis. All three are being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center.
