Lubbock Bank Robber Indicted by Grand Jury

A grand jury handed down an indictment of a man charged with several felony offenses.

35 year old Graciano Quezada was indicted yesterday on charges of bank robbery, possessing a firearm to aid violent crime, possession of a stolen weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm.

Quezada has been in custody since February 23 when he was apprehended for his connection in the February 21st robbery of the 50th street Wells Fargo Bank in Lubbock.

He could face six decades in prison and massive amounts of fines if convicted.
