Gunman sought in Southwest Lubbock shooting

Lubbock officers are seeking a gunman who shot and injured a man in Southwest  Lubbock. Police said 37-year-old David Montoya suffered minor injuries when the gunman fired at him two or three times during an argument Sunday night  in the 5600 block of 46th Street.  Officers used police dogs searching the neighborhood for the shooter, who fled as police arrived at the scene of the shooting. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a red shirt. Anyone with information about him is urged to call Crimeline at 741-1000.
