Gunman sought in Southwest Lubbock shooting

Lubbock officers are seeking a gunman who shot and injured a man in Southwest  Lubbock. Police said 37-year-old David Montoya suffered minor injuries when the gunman fired at him two or three times during an argument Sunday night  in the 5600 block of 46^th Street.  Officers used police dogs searching the neighborhood for the shooter, who fled as police arrived at the scene of the shooting. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a red shirt. Anyone with information about him is urged to call Crimeline at 741-1000.
