With American military personnel involved in the U.N. mandated no-fly-zone in Libya, Congressman Randy Neugebauer wants a better explanation from President Obama regarding the objective of Operation Odyssey Dawn, and America’s role.
On his website, Neugebauer writes, “The use of military force without clear goals risks involving the United States in a conflict with an unknown duration that we cannot control. We must have a well-designed military strategy.”
Neugebauer goes on to say that the Administration must make clear to the American people the intentions and the procedure for military involvement in Libya.
