Blood Test Taken From Colorado Senator Responsible for Amarillo Woman’s Death

Texas investigators have taken a blood sample from the Colorado state lawmaker involved in a fatal crash Sunday near Amarillo.

But they haven’t decided yet whether to press charges in the wreck that killed a pregnant woman and critically injured her baby.

Troopers say the crash happened when the SUV state Sen. Suzanne Williams was driving veered into oncoming traffic.
