Police accuse a man of downloading a thousand child porn images

A 40-year-old Lubbock man is accused of downloading a thousand images of child pornography onto his computer. Police filed charges this week against Ronnie Craig Lance. Officers said Lance told them he knew the images were of children between the ages of 10 and 14 and he actively searched for preteen nudes in lewd sexual positions and acts.
