Snow accumulations up to two inches expected in some parts of the area

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the extreme southern Panhandle and areas of the South Plains. Snow is possible with accumulations up to two inches generally along and north of a line from Muleshoe to Tulia. A winter weather advisory is in effect for that area. Elsewhere, little or no accumulation is expected.
