SUV at gas pumps gives police clue in home invasion investigation

A surveillance camera image has given police officers a clue in investigating a home invasion burglary that occurred last month at the University Pointe apartments in Central Lubbock. The picture shows an SUV near gas pumps at the EZMart in the 4400 block of 34th Street. The vehicle was believed used when four men showing guns forced their way into an apartment and robbed the resident. They got off withe cash, cell phones and an XBOX 360 video game. The suspects are described as three black men and a white man in their early 20s. The white man was about 6 feet, 1 inch tall and about 185 pounds with black hair and an unshaven face and wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt.
