The Department of Undergraduate Admissions at Texas Tech University announced today that a new deferment protocol will be added to its admission review process.
Applicable beginning in the fall of 2011, this new protocol will add another layer to the admission system.
Students who are not accepted due to their rank and exam scores can be deferred, allowing them to submit newly updated transcripts, exam scores and other documents that will better their applications and up their chances of being accepted.
