Tech VP Shonrock Elected to Oldest Higher Education Organization

A Texas Tech faculty member has been named to the oldest higher education organization. Tech’s Senior Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs, Michael Shonrock has been elected to a three-year appointment on the Board of Directors for the Association of Public Land-grant Universities.

The APLU, founded in 1887, is a non-profit association of public research universities, land-grant institutions and state university systems, dedicated to advancing learning, discovery, and engagement.
