Wreath Ceremony to Honor Veterans Next Saturday

Next Saturday the Lubbock Civil Air Patrol will hold a remembrance ceremony for veterans.

At 11 AM December 11th at the City of Lubbock Cemetery, the Civil Air Patrol will present seven remembrance wreaths for each branch of the military and MIA/POWs.

Cities across the nation will also participate in this event, which is aptly named Wreaths Across America.

400 wreaths will also be placed on the graves of veterans to honor the fallen and those who still are serving in our Nation’s military.
