Two Local Colleges Compete in Nationals Today

Two local college track teams have players competing in national championships this weekend.

Lubbock Christian University sophomore Izzie Miranda from Clovis will compete in the NAIA cross country national championship meet today in Vancouver.

South Plains College men’s cross country will be defending their title as winners in the NJCAA Half-Marathon championships in Overland Park, Kansas tonight at 8:20.
