TTU Landscaping Department Helps with Extreme Makeover Design

Texas Tech’s landscape architecture department over the next few days will be helping the “Extreme Makeover” crew bring to life a landscape design by their department.

The show producers contacted faculty in the department and asked if they would like to design a landscaping plan for the new home.

Alon Kvashny, department chairman, agreed and proceeded to design a drought-resistant design that will help save the family money in watering costs.
