Odessa Infant Dies After Falling Out of Moving Vehicle

An infant is dead after falling out of a moving vehicle and being run over yesterday morning in Odessa. Yanna Sanchez died at 10:20 this morning at Covenant Hospital Lubbock following the incident.

Sanchez fell out of the car of 26-year-old Starr Nicole Madrid, who had her own child restrained, but not Sanchez, her niece, according to the Odessa American.

Madrid was cited for not having the child properly restrained.
