Nine Arrested in Lubbock After Being Indicted by Federal Jury

Nine Lubbock residents have been arrested on five indictments from September.

Michael Peralez, Andrew Reynolds, Juan Bustamante Jr., Rene Benavides, Jasper Martinez, Monica Garcia, Thomas Garcia Jr. and Delma McDonald have all been arrested on counts ranging from firearm offenses to possession and conspiracy to distribute.

If convicted, they could each face up to 40 years in prison and multi-million dollar fines.
