Election-eve prayer rally to be held at courthouse gazebo this afternoon

An election-eve prayer rally is being held late today outside the Lubbock County courthouse. The event will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the Gazebo at the courthouse. The Lubbock County Republican  Party says the event is open to all faiths to pray for the election of great leaders, for candidates and their families and for all participating in the election process.  County Judge Tom Head will be leading the program. There’ll also be music from the Jeff McCreight  Band and Kassidy King of the Cactus Itty Bittys.
