Early voting possible this afternoon at local elementary schools

Today is the next-to-last day to vote early in the November 2nd general election.  Yesterday, 3,167 Lubbock County residents cast ballots, bringing the overall early voting total so far to 26,807.  You can vote early at most Lubbock United Supermarket Locations, the Texas Tech Rec Center, and the Lubbock County Elections Office. There’s also early voting at several Lubbock elementary schools from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., including Parsons at 2811 58th Street, McWhorter at 2711 1st Street, Hardwick at 1420 Chicago, Whiteside at 7508 Albandy Avenue, Honey at  3615  86th Street, Bowie at 2902 Chicago Avenue, Murfee at 6901 Nashville and Wester at 4602 Chicago Avenue.   For more information on voting, visit KFYO.com and search for Voting Info 2010 under the Local News section.
