Arnold also announced that a selection has been made to chair the Bond Oversight Committee, “I’m proud today to announce the selection of Carl Isett to be the chairman of the Bond Oversight Committee, should this bond pass next Tuesday”.  Isett is the former State Representative for District 84, who served 13 years in the Texas House.
