MassComm’s Hall of Fame to honor the late Otice Green, Ramar’s Brad Moran

Texas Tech’s College of Mass Communications tomorrow will pay tribute to two alumni, one posthumously, at its annual Hall of Fame Luncheon. Honored at the event will be the late Otice Green and Brad Moran. Green, a 1949 Tech graduate, was a public relations man who later was a consultant to a number of state political figures including former Texas Governor Preston Smith. Moran has been a radio owner and executive of Ramar Communications, a broadcast group now housing eight television stations and radio stations. The Hall of Fame Luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. in the Merket Alumni Center at Tech.
