Frullo: We Do Need To Secure That Border

Remember this answer from Carol Morgan, the Democratic nominee for state rep, District 84,  when asked whether she would vote for an immigration law like the one in Arizona, if it’s proposed in the Texas Legislature?

“Texas is not Arizona.”

Fast forward to an interview with Republican candidate John Frullo, on the Thursday edition of Lubbock’s First News…same question, and a similar response.

“The Arizona border is a lot different than our Texas border,” Frullo said.

And when asked for more specifics…

“If it’s right for Texas is what we need to do,” Frullo said.  ” Texas has some unique situations that Arizona doesn’t have, but we do need to put something in place.  We need to make the resources available, and we do need to secure that border.”
