Xcel Energy Reaches Out to Customers Via Social Media

Xcel Energy is launching a new campaign to communicate with their customers.

Xcel has introduced their new social media platform, where they will be available on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.

They’ll post consumer advice such as ways to lower energy bills, provide information about storm-related outages, efficiency tips for consumers and businesses, as well as polls which can provide research on energy consumption.
