TxDOT Implements New Pothole Reporting System

TxDOT is working to make reporting problems easier to the general public.

TxDOT’s new “report a pothole” initiative is available online or by phone, to help expedite the repair process. Operators will answer phone lines from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and evening and weekend reports will be recorded by voicemail.

To report a pothole on roads maintained by TxDOT, call their toll-free number at 888-885-8248 or visit www.txdot.gov.
