The 6666 Ranch is hosting a Quail-Tech field day October 23rd to demonstrate their quail conservation efforts, as well as provide a bird-dog training demonstration.
There will be a number of speakers at the event to educate attendees on issues that impact the quail population, such as disease and habitat management.
A chuck wagon barbeque will be provided for lunch, after which participants will take a tour to see the steps taken to preserve quail on the ranch.
The event is free; however attendees must register by October 15th. For more information, visit www.quial-tech.org.
