Elizabeth Dicky Rescinds Acceptance as Dean

Elizabeth Dicky, who was supposed to have become the dean of the Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering next January, has notified Texas Tech that she is giving up the position.

TTU says that the search for a new dean will proceed.

Interim Dean John Strauss will head the search, until he becomes executive director of the TTU Office of Responsibly Center Management January 1^st.
