A Lubbock Man has been sentenced to 99 years in prison after being caught in a drug bust in June of last year.

35 year old Rodney White spent $64,000 on what he thought was four kilograms of cocaine in a Slaton motel room in what turned out to be an undercover operation by the DPS and Lamesa Police.

White has already served time on a federal cocaine sentence and was been convicted of voluntary manslaughter in 1994.
