Three charged in burglary of home where woman hid in closet

Three young men are charged with breaking into a Lubbock home where a woman hid in a closet as they burglarized the place. Her 9-eleven call brought in police to make quick arrests at the residence on the 5500 block of 92nd Street. The woman locked herself in the closet and buried herself beneath clothes as she listened to the thieves going about the house. She called 9-eleven and police arrested the suspects within minutes. A jeep Cherokee Laredo was found in the alleyway behind the house with items stolen from several locations. Burglary and organized crime charges have been filed against 20-year-old Anthony Trejo, 18-year-old Cory Lara and 18-year-old Greg Hernandez.
