The Lubbock National Bank and Lubbock Economic Development Alliance release June economic statistics for Lubbock today.
Lubbock’s Economic Index dropped 2 tenths of a percent in June to 125.
The LEI is also down 2 percent compared to June of last year.
Taxable retail spending also went down one-half of a percent, in year-to-date numbers, and the number of building permits issued also went down 1.6 percent in the 2nd quarter of 2010.
