TTU to Provide Doctorate Degree on ASU Campus

Texas Tech may be helping San Angelo educators get their doctorates in the comfort of their own city.

Through collaborative efforts, Texas Tech and Angelo State University’s College of Education have assembled a plan that will allow Tech to provide a doctor of education degree that can be entirely earned on the ASU campus.

Associate professor of educational leadership at Texas Tech JoAnn Klinker said “educators can use this degree to stay current on educational issues, learn what’s new in educational theory and practice, to seek employment in a position that requires this degree or just for personal satisfaction.”
