Mayor Pro Tem sets July 29th Town Hall meeting on schools and more

Mayor Pro Tem Floyd Price will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting on July 29^th at Mae Simmons Community Center. Topics to be discussed include Street Rebuilding, Mae Simmons Park, School Closings, Redistricting, and issues relating to District 2. Lubbock ISD School Board member Vernita Woods-Holmes and Superintendent Karen Garza will also participate in the program starting at 6:30 p.m. That’s Thursday, July 29^th.  Mae Simmons Community Center is located at 23^rd Street & Oak Avenue.
