Unpaid bills lead to cutoff of water at Plainview mobile home park

The City of Plainview has cut off water service indefinitely at a mobile home park where some utility bills have not been paid in months.  The service disruption yesterday affected the Rio Concho Mobile Home Park at 4201 Dimmitt Road in Plainview. The park manager reportedly blames the cutoff on eight renters who had not paid their bills.
