Moegle and Parks: Texas Sports Hall of Fame candidates

Former Monterey baseball coach Bobby Moegle  and former Texas Tech football All-American Dave Parks are once again candidates for the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. The ballot was set Tuesday at the annual meeting of the Hall’s selection committee in Waco. The 2010 class will be announced in September. Moegle coached Monterey from 1960 through 1999. Parks lettered for Tech from 1961 through 1963.
